The School of Pure and Applied Sciences (SPAS) on 16th September 2024 converged key stakeholders drawn from academia, industry and government agencies to explore collaboration in the areas of research, curriculum review and delivery among others.

In the meeting, Kenya Bureau of Statistics (KNBS) representatives together with senior members of faculty from public and private universities joined other ICT industry actors in the deliberations.

The engagement happened at Mama Ngina University College Innovation Laboratory and and culminated into a meeting with the Deputy Principal Prof. Sakwa, who emphasized the need to continuously grow the industry and academia interaction for a better training of tomorrow’s workforce.
